Re: Soft Top Stitching

Regarding the http://www.thetrimtechnician.com/contact/ , I know some one who used him and he was ok. Re: Elise sprint overpriced?

My first thoughts is that it was, but my last exige which I kept to a basic spec was £42k and that was 7 years ago. Considering it has a load of carbon it still only equates to a 2.5% annual increase. Still does seem wrong to have a £50k elise when my first s2 was about £25k!

Re: GTE for sale

I think they are aiming for collectors & foreign buyers. I'm not going to argue with the price (obviously lol)but will be interesting to see what it eventually goes for. For example the only other RHD 2+2 sold for £87k with an extra 5000 miles and only a few months after its original purchase. Most ...

Re: Evora width

When I first drove an Evora (my n/a) you could feel the extra weight and it did feel a little soft. However the more you push the more it comes alive, so dont be put off if it feels soft.

Re: Got the car. Over the moon with it.

That's me, cheers, it's a gte, 1 of 20 remanufactured by lotus motorsports. 40 mpg in an evora? No, my na could get 30mpg just on long journeys, the long gearbox gave a bit better. The s......22-24 at very best, 15-18 round town.
