Seems a few high profile cases and increased popularity is going to make it more difficult for us law abiding citizens ( :D ) to have fun up there :(

I don't think I have bothered with it much this year, maybe twice. I just pass through Cerrigydrudion, to be honest it has been empty but I always go very early. Shame but it was inevitable really, the amount of press it gets (bad), not a bad couple of roads.

The last couple of paragraphs in the article is worrying! I might be missing something but how can photographs taken by the public be used as evidence to prosecute someone?

Andy, I think it refers to dash cam footage, like dangerous overtaking , double white lines and maybe speed if that can be proved ? It's same all over though.
